Conference Pre-Registration runs until April 30, 2010. Both SCSMI members and non-members may register for the conference with or without the closing banquet. Please select one option from the drop-down menu. The dinner cost is $33 inclusive of taxes and gratuities. Dinner includes salad, choice of entrée, dessert, iced tea and coffee. A cash bar precedes the dinner. Please note that April 30 is also the last day to reserve a room at the conference site, The Hotel Roanoke, at the special group rate. To make a reservation, please call the hotel at 540-985-5900 between the hours of 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Toll free number in U.S. is 866-594-4722.) (Overseas members please note that Virginia is in the U.S. Eastern time zone, same as New York City or Washington D.C.)
