Banquet

The Program Committee is pleased to announce that the closing night banquet will take place at the Top of the Park room at the Best Western Inn on the Park Hotel. This is a beautiful room overlooking the State Capitol, the Monona Terrace Convention Center, and Lake Monona.

Catering services will be provided by Inn on the Park. The banquet is, of course, included in the cost of registration and open to anyone attending the conference.

Inn on the Park has authorized us to offer a choice of entrées to all conference attendees. To RSVP, please send your menu choice to jpsmith8@wisc.edu from the following options. Please select one from the list below:

1. Roast Pork Tenderloin (herb encrusted tenderloin, slow roasted and topped with a cider cream sauce)
2. Chicken Marsala (breast of chicken sautéed with red onion, mushrooms, and Marsala wine, finished with a cream sauce)
3. Ravioli Stuffed with Roasted Vegetables in a Traditional Pesto Sauce (vegetarian)

If you do not plan to attend the banquet, please let us know that as well. That will help us greatly with our head count for the caterers.

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and the catering staff at Inn on the Park will work with us to provide an alternative entrée.
